You do not need a developer to add SMS to your existing tools. Global SMS can send text messages to Israeli numbers from Zapier, Make and n8n, from Google Calendar and Google Sheets, from CRM and ERP systems such as Priority and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and even from a plain email. Zapier

Zapier connects thousands of apps without code. Each automation (a "Zap") has a trigger in one app and an action that follows. With Global SMS as the action, any trigger can send an SMS:

  1. Create a new Zap and choose the trigger app, for example a form, a calendar or an online store.
  2. Add a Webhooks by Zapier action that calls Global SMS, with the connection details from your account.
  3. Map the fields: the phone number and the message text from the trigger data.
  4. Send a test and turn the Zap on.

Example automations:

  • A customer fills in a form on your website and gets an SMS confirmation right away.
  • A meeting is booked in Google Calendar, and the customer gets a reminder the day before.
  • A new row is added to Google Sheets, and an SMS goes to the number in that row.
  • A new order arrives in your online store, and the customer gets an order confirmation.

Make and n8n

In Make and n8n, add an HTTP request module (n8n: HTTP Request node) that sends a POST to the Global SMS API with your API key, the phone number and the message. The same approach works from AI agents and app builders such as Base44, Lovable and Flowise. Request examples are on the SMS API page.

Google Calendar and Google Sheets

  • Google Calendar: send SMS reminders to people with an appointment in your calendar – useful for clinics, salons and consultants. See appointment reminder SMS.
  • Google Sheets: send an SMS to every phone number in a sheet with one click, with personal details from each row, for example name, date and time of an appointment.

CRM and ERP systems

  • Priority: send SMS from Priority ERP, for example delivery notices and payment reminders.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM: send SMS to contacts and leads from Dynamics.
  • ActiveCrm: built-in SMS sending from ActiveCrm.
  • Other systems: any system that can call a URL or send an email can send SMS through Global SMS.

Email to SMS (Mail2SMS)

Email to SMS turns an email into a text message. It is the simplest option for systems that can send email but cannot be programmed, or where programming would be expensive – many ERP, CRM, monitoring and telephony systems. You set email as the sending method in that system, and Global SMS delivers the message as an SMS.

Typical uses:

  • An SMS to a customer when an order is ready or shipped.
  • An appointment reminder generated by a scheduling system.
  • An alert to the on-call technician when a server, a sensor or an alarm system reports a fault.
